Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services offered under the brand DammruVani by Charika Private Limited.

1. Manas (daily subscription)

• You can start for free and cancel at any time.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
• Amounts already paid for the current cycle are non refundable, except where charged in error.
• If you are charged in error, write to us within 7 days and we will review and refund a genuine error.

2. Samanvay (business service)

• Samanvay is a custom engagement confirmed with you before work begins.
• If you cancel before we start the work, any advance is refundable after deducting charges already incurred.
• Once work has begun, fees for work completed are non refundable, since the service is prepared specifically for you.

3. Consultations

Personal consultations are prepared and delivered specifically for you. Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non refundable. If you need to reschedule before delivery, please tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Write to us on WhatsApp at +91 96173 65533 with your name and the service concerned. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within a reasonable time, usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
