These Terms govern your use of the services offered under the brand DammruVani by Charika Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, including over WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We are a Jyotish technology company. We offer Jyotish and Vastu based guidance, including the Manas daily card, the Samanvay business service, and personal consultations, delivered mainly through WhatsApp.

2. Nature of guidance

Our readings are prepared using classical Jyotish methods supported by our own technology. They are offered for guidance and reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. We do not guarantee any specific result, and every decision you take remains your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The Manas daily card is a monthly subscription. Fees are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice.
• Samanvay and consultations are priced per engagement and confirmed with you before work begins.
• Payments are handled by our third party payment provider. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to resell or redistribute our readings or content without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The DammruVani name, the damru mark, our methodology, software and content are owned by Charika Private Limited or its licensors. A reading prepared for you is for your personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on our guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the location of our registered office in Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
